The complexity of the precision casting process determines that each process in the production process must be equipped with a full-time inspector to conduct the first inspection, patrol inspection, and final inspection. 1. Wax mold pressing quality control
Ambient temperature: -26℃;
Pressing temperature: 55~60℃;
Pressing time: It depends on the structure and size of the wax model, usually a few seconds to a few minutes;
Suppressing pressure: It depends on the structure and size of the wax mold, generally 1.2MPa.
2. Wax model repair and cooling quality control
The quality of wax mold repair depends to a large extent on the proficiency and experience of the operator, and the training and education of the operator should be strengthened. The repaired wax model shall be fully inspected.
Since the wax mold takes a long time to completely cool down in the air after being pressed, special fixtures must be set up to prevent the wax mold from deforming and reduce the workload of the subsequent process. In this regard, Japanese precision casting companies have done relatively well. Every year, our company sends staff to Japan to visit and learn to learn from its strengths and make up for our shortcomings. Only in this way can we continue to move forward.
3. Quality control of wax mold assembly and module etching and cleaning
In the process of wax mold assembly in precision casting companies, the following phenomena often occur: the operator chooses the wrong die head, the wax mold welding distance is incorrect, the wax mold arrangement is wrong, the wax drips, and there are welds, etc., which are greatly affected The production rate of castings and the pass rate of one-time delivery are calculated.
Module etching and cleaning are mainly degreasing to improve the wettability of the module and facilitate coating. Therefore, on the one hand, it is necessary to record and control the preparation and use times of the etching solution; on the other hand, it is necessary to inspect the modules by batch to observe whether the silica sol (0.5% of the volume of wetting agent) completely wets the module.
Precision casting enterprises should strengthen the quality control of the above two points.
